“I hope you know that it’s not always happy in my head.” — Anson Seabra

Recently, I got so many messages from loved ones to ask if I have a new job yet. This became such a pressure for me to keep saying “No”, because I felt like I failed them over and over, which I know I am not. But it’s weird how the mind works when you have to give negative confirmation for a positive expectation.

Actually, I do get a new job.

But it’s pretty hard to admit it for me because it’s still a job that makes me unfulfilled in my mind. I can’t stop thinking about what if I had chosen another path in my college.

Wong Fu said: “There’s a difference between seeing a direction and discovering a path in everyone’s journey towards growth, purpose, and happiness.”

But, would I have more options if I worked harder before? Would I be in the place that I yearn for and living with the one who I admire now if I was more responsible for my life?

I’m trying my best.
